INGREDIENTS
- 340 gr tortellini
- 5 organic diced tomatoes
- 340 gr frozen organic butternut squash
- 1/2 cup chopped sweet onion
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp oregano
- Salt
- Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
At first, cook tortellini according to package instructions. Meanwhile, onions with olive oil until translucent. Then, add butternut, tomatoes, salt, oregano and pepper to the mixture and stir them. You can add parmesan cheese if you want to. So, it is optional. Basil leaves are optional also.
