Ingredients
- Green pumpkins - 1 kg
- Apple cider vinegar - 200 ml (one cup of water)
- Sugar - 150 g
- Olive oil - according to your wish
- Basil - 2 or 3 leaves
- Tartufi sauce - 1 teaspoon
Instructions
We cut pumpkins into thin slices. Stir vinegar into a bowl with the sugar, until the sugar to dissolve. Throw pumpkins there. Mix well with hands and leave in the fridge over night.
The next morning leaching from marinating and serve with olive oil, some tartufi sauce and basil.
For a longer-term use put in a jar and keep in the fridge.This is an ideal way to consume pumpkins on winter.
