Today, I won't post any recipe, but I'd really like to write something about avocados, which are actually classified as a fruit.
There is a lot to say about them, but today I'll write about the most important benefits. I think, many of you, probably know the importance of this excellent fruit, that is a source of healthful fats.

As you can see, avocados, seem to be super, but you will see that the list of benefits is very long. Besides the anti-inflammatory properties, researches have shown that this powerful fruit, may protect against the liver damage. And this happens as a result of the existence of D-galactosamine, a liver's toxin.
Some other researches, have shown that avocados contain components that destroy and inhibit oral cancer cells. Another profitable thing from avocados, is the decrease of cholesterol level. This will happen, if you will consume them for about one or more weeks.
Avocados are loaded with fiber. This nutrient is found in large amounts and can really help in losing weight, reducing blood sugar spikes etc.
What do you think about eyes? Is the most beautiful part in our face. Did you know that avocados are loaded with antioxidants that protect the eyes? The main responsibility about this benefit are the antioxidants: Lutein and Zeaxanthin and these low the risk of cataracts.
Do you suffer from arthritis? Eh.. Avocados reduce the symptoms of osteoarthritis.
After all these benefits, we may say that avocados are not only healthy, but even delicious. You can make different recipes with them and they're easily used everywhere. Avocados can make perfect combination with different ingredients like: lime, garlic, tomatoes etc. What more can you ask for in a food?
