Ingredients
1 teaspoon honey2 teaspoons whole-grain mustard
1/4 teaspoon red pepper
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
4 fillets of salmon
Instructions
Heat the broiler! ( I am very hungry right now!) Combine honey, mustard, pepper, turmeric, salt and garlic powder in a bowl, stirring well with a fork. Burnish the mustard mixture (that we explained above) evenly over each fillet. Place fillets on a pan, coated with cooking spray. Broil them for about 8 minutes until fish flakes easily when you prove them with a fork.
