Green Smothie


Have you heard about smoothies? They are insanely popular this month! I have become totally addicted to them over the past few days. Today, I chose to write about a kind of green smoothie, which is very healthy and delicious also.

So let's have a smoothie!

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Serves: 1 person

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cucumber
  • 2 stalks of  celery
  • 2 cm ginger
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 banana  
  • 1 tbsp almond butter

Instructions:

At first, juice the cucumber, ginger and celery. And then, pour the juice into a blender and add avocado, banana and almond butter. Blend them until they are creamy! You can store it in a hermetic bottle for up to 2 days. You can drink it straight away also! It's your choice. It is very easy to prepare it isn't it? :)
